Thursday 15th January 2015?? Digicel Fiji has announced its support for the 2015 Women in Business Awards coming on board as a ?silver? category sponsor providing $20,000 cash and kind sponsorship. This is the third year running for Digicel?s partnership with the WIB.
The awards honor Fiji?s outstanding women and recognize members who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their business or profession and in their service to their community. For the past years, the WIB Awards have attracted interest and support from woman entrepreneurs, professionals, executives, senior and middle managers from across the country. The 2015 Women?s Business Awards categories are: Business Woman of the Year, Executive Woman of the Year, Manager of the Year and Aspiring Entrepreneur of the Year.
Digicel Fiji?s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Darren McLean said, ?We are happy to support the initiative of Women in Business and would like to announce a total sponsorship of $20,000 in cash and kind. We support the WIB initiative to empower, develop and promote its members, both professionally and personally.?
