The Fiji Rugby Union Board confirms that Mr Mosese Taga is still the Head of the Games/HPU Sub-committee of the Board.
The FRU Board takes note of the motion tabled by Suva at the Special General Meeting in Nadi as mentioned by the FRU Board Chairman, Mr Filimoni Waqabaca.
As approved by the Games Subcommittee, the FRU hopes to complete all technical and skills updates before the Vodafone Cup 2014 begins so that the skills learnt can be applied during the various competitions.
Scrum Coach, Alan Muir and Kicking Coach Andre Bell both from New Zealand are both in the country and will be travelling around the Country to assist unions. They will be accompanied by an FRU team consisting if administration, referee, high performance and development officials who will conduct workshops and work closely with the unions to strengthen provincial rugby in Fiji.
