Westpac employees dress for banking success

Westpac has lived up to its reputation as an employer of choice by providing new top ups to its existing uniforms in a bid to help employees put their best foot forward at work this week.

Westpac provides its team members with a range of uniform options on an annual basis at no cost; ensuring employees are smartly and professionally dressed to serve customers and maintain a professional standard in the workplace.

Westpac General Manager, Adrian Hughes said: “Our employees are the face of our brand and the new wardrobe is crucial that we present ourselves consistently as ‘One Team’ and offer the same delightful experience in all our locations.  Our team members are looking very smart and are wearing the Westpac wardrobe with pride, which is great to see!”

Customers will now be able to identify Westpac representatives through this unique uniform wardrobe, which also includes top-up options such as a trouser, shirt and blouse, dress and new tailor-cut pleated red blouse each year. All uniforms have the Westpac logo embroidered on the sleeve, pocket or collar.

Westpac Fiji has served the local community for 112 years. The bank today employs more than 500 people, operates 20 branches and has an expansive ATM and EFTPOS network to service thousands of customers, providing personal and business banking, corporate banking, foreign trading and international services.
