Telecom Fiji Limited will close their MHCC TFL Retail Outlet on Monday 1st December, 2014. Customers will continue to receive the same service at its other locations. To find the nearest TFL Outlet customers can visit www.tfl.com.fj. Other TFL Outlets operating in Central/Eastern are Ganilau House, Garden City and Nausori. TFL and Connect Customers may also pay their bills at Post Fiji Outlets and MH Supermarkets.
The decision to close the MHCC Outlet was made after careful consideration. Telecom Fiji Limited confirms that there are plans underway to create a state-of-the-art Experience Center at its Ganilau House Outlet. This will enable customers a more user friendly environment and will cater for all Telecommunication needs.
Telecom Fiji Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mothilal De Silva says, “At Telecom we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. Though we agree that closing the MHCC Outlet we may hinder a small segment of customers, we are promising to deliver better services at all other existing locations.
The Ganilau House Outlet will feature up-to-date facilities and introduce an advanced experience center to our customers.”
