Tuesday 16 July – The top of the table clash between current leaders Nadi and second-placed Suva will be the highlight in round 10 of the Digicel Cup competition.

The Iliesa Tanivula coached jet-set team are smarting after they kept Macuata win-less in the competition in a sublime performance as they scored five tries to chalk a bonus point win at Subrail Park last Saturday.

Suva dropped from the top of the table after they were shocked by a game Namosi team 12 – 8 in Navua. Namosi inspired by a try by Digicel Fiji 7s captain, Levani Botia handed Suva its third defeat of the season.

Not only this game will be a clash to decide the top team on the table, a win will ensure a strong bet for a home semifinal next month.

The tight-race for the top-four will add spice to one of the best seasons of the Digicel Cup. The top five teams are separated by just a single point from one another.

Third-placed and high-flying Nadroga travel to the old capital to face second-from-last Ovalau, fourth-placed Naitasiri will have to settle for nothing less than a bonus point victory when they host wooden spoon holders Macuata, fifth placed Viliame Satala coached Lautoka play at home against an out of contention Vatukoula while in another titanic-battle Namosi battle against Northland, the loser from this match will fall out of semifinals contention. Tailevu also needs to win with a bonus point over Tavua to remain in the hunt for a play-off berth.
