Digicel Fiji sponsors Ba FC to the O-League

Thursday 28 March –Digicel Fiji today announced its support for the Ba Football Club with a sponsorship of $FJ50,000. The sponsorship will assist the Ba team to prepare for the upcoming O-League Championship which will run from March to December this year.

O-League is the premier football competition in Oceania and is organized by OFC, Oceania’sfootball governing body.

Digicel Fiji’s Head of Marketing, Ms. Sheryl Singh said that the partnership was in line with the company’s commitment towards the development of sports in Fiji. “We are excited about our involvement with Soccerand are proud to partner with Ba FC, a club with great heritage,” said Ms. Singh.

The team departs for Papua New Guinea on Saturday 30 March to take on PRK Hekari United in their O-League opener.
