Friday 15th November – A Lautoka housewife is thanking her lucky stars after winning cool $5,000 cash today.
Field 40, Lautoka resident, Urmila Devi, 56, won the grand prize in the Digicel Fiji text promotion ‘Win $5,000 this Diwali’.
“I am very excited,” Devi said. “I don’t have the words right now, but it’s great to win $5,000.”
Ms. Devi says she considers herself incredibly lucky.
“With this money in hand, I’m going to renovate my kitchen,” the widow and mother of three said from her Lautoka home.
“I would like to thank Digicel Fiji for making my wishes come true and this is an early Christmas gift as I will save some of the money and give my family a good treat during the festive season next month.”
Digicel Fiji ran the Diwali text promotion where the grand prize was $5,000.00 and other prizes included 5 Alcatel phones, 3 Mooli tablets and $10,000 free credit.
