Fiji Business Excellence Awards Training

The Fiji National University (FNU) through its National Training and Productivity Centre (NTPC) will be commencing with its annual Fiji Business Excellence Awards Evaluator Development Training from tomorrow.

The four day training program (21-24 May) will be held at Holiday in Suva.The FBEA Evaluator Development Training is one of the most anticipated trainings carried out in the NTPC calendar.

The objective of this training is to assist participants gain insights on best practices of wining organisations to enable their organisation to embark on a journey to world-class business excellence. It aids participants to gauge understanding of FBEA criteria for performance excellence to a level equal to national assessors in Asia and America.

The training is also aimed to assist participants to analyse and reveal organisational strengths and opportunities for improvement through actionable feedback. Effectively building a robust assessment process into the annual planning cycle and improving the general standard of business initiatives in Fiji is the ultimate goal.

Since its inception in 1998, NTPC has trained more than 200 evaluators who are now professionals in the field. General positive and overwhelming feedback from industry has encouraged NTPC to make the training a notable one for each year.

This year, a total of 90 participants from private, public, corporate and business sectorwill be part of the training. Please find the attached program for details.
