Digicel Fiji sevens team manages to win the plate final after defeating USA, 14-5.
The side lost to Kenya at the cup quarters 20-7, then qualified to the plate semifinal to beat Argentina 26-12.
In other cup quarter finals, NZ beat Argentina 52-7, Australia beat USA 24-19, and England defeated South Africa 19-14.
The Cup semifinal showed upset by Australia beating England 14-7, NZ defeated Kenya 7-0, Wales defeated France 19-7 to win the bowl final.
On the overall points standings NZ finished on top with 151 points, South Africa had 122 while Fiji finished in third place with 108 points.
