After 13 days of Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, this season has finally got its first crorepati! In a new promo of the quiz-based reality show, it is shown that Jaskaran from Punjab has become the first contestant to win Rs 1 crore on KBC 15.
The official Instagram handle of Sony Entertainment Television posted a new promo that shows Jaskaran winning the coveted Rs 1 crore amount on KBC 15. The post was captioned, “Paar kar har mushkil Punjab ke chhote se gaon Khalra se aaye Jaskaran pahunch chuke hain iss khel ke sabse bade ₹7 crore ke sawaal par! Dekhiye #KaunBanegaCrorepati, 4th & 5th Sept, Somvaar-Mangalvaar raat 9 baje, sirf #SonyEntertainmentTelevision par (sic).”
The promo starts with Amitabh Bachchan announcing that Jaskaran has won Rs 1 crore. A video is then shown about the contestant’s personal life. He belongs to a small village in Punjab. In the video, he says that he is one of the few graduates from the area. He is also preparing for the UPSC entrance exam. The promo ends with Big B asking Jaskaran the final Rs 7 crore question.
