The hunt continues for the suspect who allegedly stabbed a woman in Naisauma Village, Verata Tailevu is now believed to be in Nadi and as such a special task force team has been sent down to the West.
Police Spokeperson Ana Naisoro is urging the relatives of the suspect to help the police.
“We are pleading with the relatives of the suspect to assist police with whatever information they may have that could help us locate him as he is wanted for arrest,” she said.
Investigations continue as post mortem was conducted yesterday with cause of death as a result of injuries sustained in the alleged attack.
