New inclusions Apisai Smith and Netani Doli are expected to give a tough time to Ba in the Fiji Sun/GP Batteries National Football League on Saturday when Navua takes on high the men in black at Nadi’s Prince Charles Park at 1.30pm.
Navua Coach Manoj Kumar said Smith and Doli are both a sure starter against Ba and will offer a lot to the team.
“Netani and Smith will both start but we won’t reveal anything yet. Apisai is a utility player and can play in any position from goalkeeper to striker, we will not reveal which position he will play on the day.”
“Netani Doli hardly started with Nadi and we want to show the Nadi fans what they have missed out on and on Saturday it is going to be a different story altogether,” Kumar said.
Smith and Doli have previously played with the team and proved themselves in the defence and goal scoring abilities.
In the second match of the day, Nadi take on Rewa at 3.30pm.
