A 34 year old pilot will be produced in court after he was charged with contravening rules and regulations of arms and ammunition act.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the 34 year old owns the gun that was allegedly used during a shooting which claimed the life of a 6 year old New Zealand national and injured another 14 year old student of Nadi.
The accused has also been charged with manslaughter.
He is expected to be produced in the Lautoka Magistrates Court this morning.
