Police are requesting public assistance in locating 43 year old Sailasa Mociu who is wanted for arrest for his alleged involvement in the murder of a woman last week.
Mociu is alleged to have been involved in the murder of a 33 year old woman of Naisaumua Village last week.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said a special task force team is currently in the Western Division as he was last sighted in Nadi.
Police have also confirmed that he goes by the alias, “Mongoose”.
Anyone with any information that could lead to his arrest is requested to contact their nearest community post or police station, or call 917.
