All Freight Logistics Suva confirmed their place in the super premier final tomorrow after beating Lautoka 2-1 in the first semi-final at ANZ Stadium earlier today, October 11.

The Capital City Boys started the game well with Napolione Qasevakatini, Inia Boko, Pita Rabo and Nickel Chand combining well upfront while the Sugar City Boys took advantage of the counter attacks having Rusiate Matarereqa, Peni Finau, Jone Vono Jnr and Alvin Avinesh in attacking role.

Former Nadi rep Qasevakatini sent the home crowd into jubilation with his opening goal in the 28th minute following a low cross inside the 18-yard box before Pita Rabo doubled the lead two minutes later as the goalkeeper was again beaten on the first occasion.

With the hosts leading 2-0 at half time, coach Lambert Sarju organised the game well into the second half as Lautoka got a goal in the second half after missing numerous scoring opportunities.

Some good saves by Suva goalie Uluaiasi Tamanisau denied the Blues to get the much needed equalizer as the Whites marched into the final.

Suva meets the winner of the second semi-final in the main final at 4pm tomorrow.
