Tikoirotuma and Osbourne score a try each against Highlanders

Fijian born, Chiefs winger Patrick Osborne and Asaeli Tikorotuma scored a try each to help the Chiefs began their Super Rugby title defence in winning the match against Higlanders last last night in Dunedin, 42- 27.

Playing his first match, Osbourne kick started the second half with a try, while the 59th minute saw Tikoirotuma burst through the defence to score a try.

Meanwhile, in other matches, the ACT Brumbies beat the Melbourne Rebels in Melbourne, 30-13, while Morne Steyn of Bulla Kicked six penalties and a try from Chiliboy Palepelle helped their team won against Stormers, 25-17.

At 6.35pm today the Hurricanes meet the Blues while the Reds host the Waratahs at 8.40 tonight.

Tomorrow the Cheetahs play the Sharks at 3.05am before the Kings take on the Force at 5.10am.
