Karen Christie a Professional Travel Agent and the director of Fun in Fiji has been taking time out to help us Fijians in what way she can.

Just recently Ms Christie has been involved in building a library for the Deuba District School in which Fun in Fiji has run a book drive in Brisbane to start the process of obtaining books from Australia for the school library that was in much need of books.

Ms Christie said,” I received funding from the Australian High Commission in Suva for the freight and Fiji Airways came on board with a charitable charge out rate for this”.

Surprisingly Fun in Fiji was able to collect a total of 1560 quality books to stock in the newly built library which will be handed over by the Ms Christie next week.
