September 16th, 2015. The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) is advising its customers living in parts of Suva that water supply will be disrupted tonight from 10pm to 6am (September 17th, 2015).
Affected Areas include;
Ragg Avenue
Princess Road from Deovji Junction to Bel Air
Loa Street Junction
The interruption in supply will be a result of the installation of pressure reducing valves at Deovji Junction.
The Authority is kindly advising its customers residing in these areas to store water in advance and use it wisely for their immediate needs during this scheduled temporary disruption period.
However, water carts will be on standby to service the affected areas as and when the need arises. Supply is expected to be restored by 7am, (17/09).
The Authority highly regrets any inconvenience caused to its customers.
