A third person has been charged for allegedly digging up the grave of a 60 year old man last year in Savusavu.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the accused a 17 year old was arrested and charged with two counts, 1st count – disturbance of any person’s grave, 2nd count – pretending to exercise witchcraft.
Meanwhile the two youths who appeared in court earlier this week for similar charges were arrested yesterday for allegedly breaching their bail conditions.
Under their bail conditions the duo were ordered not to step foot in their village.
All accused will be produced at the Labasa Magistrates Court this morning.
