Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited (‘ATH’) has declared a final dividend of 3 cents per share or $12,663,146.04 for the financial year ended 31 March 2013.
The final dividend was declared at the 15th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the company, held yesterday morning at the Holiday Inn, on Victoria Parade, Suva. It will be paid on the 24th of September 2013.
Meanwhile the final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of 1.5 cent per share or $6,331,573.02 that was paid out in March this year.
