Wallabies’ George Smith’s loan of playing for the Brumbies from the Japanese Club Suntory, will be looked at for extension by Coach Jake White.
Smith is on a three-moth loan from Suntory during their off season break.
Smith has been a revelation for the Brumbies following the season-ending injury to fellow openside flanker David Pocock.
White said he would like to keep Smith in the side and would speak to whoever he needs to in order to find out if it is possible.
The Brumbies meet the Bulls on Saturday at 8.40pm.
On Friday at 6.35pm the Highlanders take on the Reds.
