Escapee Rusiate Kuruiqovu has been recaptured following a tip off from a member of the public through the 919 emergency help line.
Kuruiqovu was recaptured at around 4.20pm this afternoon by a joint team made up of Corrections and Fiji Police officers at Nabukavesi.
The Fiji Police Force is truly appreciative of the assistance given by members of the public during this operation.
