Fiji Television Limited has today announced that the appointment of its new management team under the new organization structure approved by the Board earlier this month has been put into action since September 1.
Geoffery Smith has been appointed the Head of News, Nitesh Chand has been appointed as Head of Corporate Affairs, Serai Roxburgh appointed the Head of Compliance and Tanya Waqanika has been appointed the Head of Content and Production.
During the announcement Fiji TV Chief Executive Officer, Tevita Gonelevu stated that, “Fiji Television Limited Group is placing itself at the forefront of Pacific community stakeholders to ensure that we deliver a value adding services that is comparable to more developed areas of the world.”
Meanwhile,the appointment has been made on the expectation that competition for entertaining the public in the Pacific will be more intensive that ever with more entertainment platform available to the customers to access.
