Fiji Warriors suffered first loss

Fiji Warriors suffered their first loss against Blues Development, 41-14, in the Pacific Rugby Cup yesterday.

The loss was their first in 11 consecutive games since 2012.

Nemani Nadolo and Ratunaisa Vatuinaruku scored a try each for the Warriors, while Blues scored five converted tries and two penalties.

Fiji born Waisake Naholo scored one try for the hosts.

The Warriors maintain their lead atop the PRC standings with 14 points.
