The four lane project to start its construction this June, this was confirmed to the Jet Newspaper by Nadi Town Council CEO, Nemia Tagi.

The areas of which the four lane road will be constructed have been well planned.

“The four lane road will come from the airport all the way down to Wailoaloa junction, and then it will split from there. A two lane road will run through the empty lands following up the railway lanes to Narewa.”

“The other one will be the existing Queens road,” he said.

Tagi later adds, the council is slowly improving the road condition in the Nadi area, due to the recent change in weather.
