A man who allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl on Koro Island has pleaded not guilty in the Suva High Court.
The man is charged with one count of rape and is alleged to have raped the girl on the 26th of June this year.
It was heard in court that the accused went to borrow the victim’s mobile phone to make a call and this was when the alleged incident happened.
His bail was extended.
