Nadi recorded its third win in the 2015 Rewa Galaxy Premier League as they defeated Labasa 1-0 at Subrail Park in Labasa earlier today.

The absence on striker Samuela Drudru and midfielders William Valentine and Mataiasi Toma did not deter the Jetsetters in the Friendly North.

Both teams settled well in a humid condition with  Josefata Dugucagi  and Jolame Vukivuki in attack for Nadi while Christopher Wasasala, Maciu Dunadamu and Joseph Mishra adding the fire-power upfront for the Babasiga Lions.

Vukivuki made the overall difference in the game as they netted-in the only goal of the match in the 37th minute after Labasa goalie Filipe Duguca made a blunder for the host side.

The Green Machine goalkeeper Vereti Dickson showed a man-of-the-match performance making some daring saves to deny Labasa strikers hit their target.

Nadi now leads the points table with 10 points after playing four matches while Labasa slips to second spot having eight points in bag.
