The Ministry of Education is reminding secondary schools and their respective principals, parents and guardians that there is no extension or changes to the school term dates.
“Schools close on April 26 for term one holiday and resume on May 13 for term two,” Ministry of Education permanent secretary Dr Brij Lal said.
“The secondary schools athletics final known as the Coke Games is scheduled for Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17. Schools participating in the Coke Games will have to make their own arrangements to attend the games and be back at their respective schools for classes on Monday, May 20.”
There are two more weeks of school before the term one holiday begins.
