30th Annual Game Fishing Tournament, 6 – 8 September 2013

The Pacific Harbour Game Fishing Club is having its annual tournament in September and is inviting boats at this stage to make an early commitment.
Top place prize money of up to $20,000!
Following the 2012 format there will be two pools – Pool A entry is $3,000 per boat regardless of how many anglers and Pool B entry is $600 per boat regardless of how many anglers.
The winner of Pool A will win the total pot of pool A which is estimated at $20,000. The winner of Pool B will win the total pot of pool B which is estimated at $4,000. In addition to this we will also be offering attractive prizes for second and third place in both categories.
The whole event will be held at The Pearl Resort with the main prize giving event being held on the Sunday where fishing will finish at 3pm sharp with the weigh in being by 4pm. All other days fishing will start at 7am and finish by 4pm with a 5pm weigh in.
There is however a briefing on the first night (Thursday 6th at The Pearl 6.30pm).

Main rules will include-
• 24kg and 15kg lines only
• 24kg =2 points per kg
• 15kg =3 points per kg
• 90kg minimum Marlin blue or black stripe
• 30kg minimum Sailfish
• 300 points Marlin tag and release
• 100 points Sail Fish tag and release
• Reversal of bill fish points will be the penalty if fish are underweight
• All Game Fish qualify
