Pacific Disability Forum (PDF), a regional organisation of and for persons with disabilities in the Pacific officially launched its new website today.
Mr Latoa Halatau, the PDF Male Co Chair said that is was another stepping stone for PDF achievement as he launched the website on behalf of the PDF board this morning.
“Change in the right direction is important to the organisation and it is an honour to launch this website knowing that such change as required per our PDF strategic plan has been filtered into their website.” said Mr Halatau
Mr. Soloveni Vitoso, the Information Officer for Pacific Disability Forum, said that the new website is accessible, user friendly and very informative in terms of disability in the Pacific.
“Everyone including persons with impairments have the right to information and it is important that such information are inclusive to ensure that all persons are able to read it.” he said
“The new website contains a lot of disability resources that will be useful for everyone visiting our website said Mr Vitoso.
