Weekend fatality case progress report.
The driver of the minivan who fled the scene following a fatal accident over the weekend has been arrested.
The suspect was arrested in Suva and is now being escorted back to the Lautoka Police Station.
Meanwhile the victim of the accident is still to be identified and we are once again pleading with anyone who can assist us locate her family is requested to contact the Divisional Traffic Officer West on 9905 633.
