PRIME MINISTER BAINIMARAMA MEETS U.A.E. DELEGATION

A 12-member United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) armed forces delegation has paid a courtesy call to the Honourable Prime Minister Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama.

A component of the visit was the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Military Forces and the U.A.E. armed forces which includes training opportunities.

“I looked through the MOU that was signed, very excited about our relationship and I want to assure you that your visit is very important to us,” Prime Minister Bainimarama said.

The delegation was accompanied by the Commander of RFMF, Brigadier General Mosese Tikoitoga and Fiji’s Ambassador to U.A.E., His Excellency Robin Nair.
