Stage set for 2014’s biggest Kirtan night

June 5, 2014, NADI. Radio Fiji two presents Fiji’s biggest kirtan night of 2014 is all set to hit the Jet Set town of Nadi at Prince Charles Park tomorrow night, Friday, June 6.

Sonam Bali, famously known as Canadian Kirtan Queen, will take the stage with Fiji’s kirtan king Avinesh Chand as thousands of kirtan lovers will enjoy three to four hours of non-stop Hindi music.

Speaking to The Jet, Sonam Bali is really excited to take the stage for the third time in Fiji.

“Im very excited and looking forward to tomorrow night after seeing the great support from the western division especially nadi,” Sonam told The Jet.

The Canadian Queen said she will surely give her best as she knows what people are expecting from her.

“I just cant wait to share the stage with brother Avinesh chand and rock the night.” She added.

Radio Fiji two programmes director Veena Bhatnagar said over 4000 tickets have already been sold and more are expected to be sold as many people will be looking forward to buy the tickets at the main gate tomorrow.

The programme proper is scheduled to start at 7pm.
