Executive Chef of Outrigger on the Lagoon . Fiji, Shailesh Naidu this week, announced his ‘Spring’  menu the resort’s award-winning char grill restaurant, Sundowner Bar and Grill.

The new menu includes char grilled Cape Grim 400 gram OP rib steaks, Slow braised beef cheeks in a rich tomato and onion jus plus local favourites, steamed local crab with garlic prawns, avocado, green coconut and pineapple salad.

The restaurant also provides an outstanding selection of pizza and pasta dishes.

Chef Naidu has also upgraded the dessert menu which now includes a Vanilla Bean Baked Cheese cake served with a fresh lime and lychee compote, traditional sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla bean ice cream and the irresistible bananaliciuos hot fudge sundae.

The Sundowner Bar and Grill has gained a reputation as one of the best “Grill” restaurants in the South Pacific over the past 3 years.

As the restaurant is so busy with resort guests, “Bookings are Essential”.
