14 year old who is alleged to have caused an accident while driving a vehicle earlier this month off the Kings Road in Ra has been charged with 3 counts.
The accused has been charged with – 1st count – dangerous driving, 2nd count – driving without a license, 3rd count – contravening the condition of 3rd party policy risk.
Meanwhile the owner of the vehicle has also been charged with two counts. 1st count – permitting another person to drive without a license, 2nd count – permitting another person to drive contravening the condition of 3rd party policy risk.
Naisoro said the two will be produced at a later date.
