14 year old was being questioned by the police after he was driving a vehicle and got involved in a serious accident at Bucalevu Road in Ra on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson said the underage driver was questioned and they are getting the statements.
11 passengers were in the vehicle when the 14-year-old driver allegedly lost control while descending a hill, causing the vehicle to tumble.
Two passengers, ages 16 and 18 years old are still admitted at the CWM Hospital.
