Weekly Weather Summary

Fine sunny weather prevailed over the west this past week with little rain to report. Overnight and early morning light showers lingered over the windward side of Viti levu were enhanced by a passing front. Accumulations from Monasavu remained significant through the week, with 39mm on the first day of the new month. Mild days and cool nights continued about the coastal region of the main island.

Weekend looks great with fine and sunny weather expected through to the coming week. Expect mild days and cool nights as stable southeast trade winds dominate. No sign of any significant weather systems affecting the west of Fiji at this time.
