Fiji Television limited secures English Premier League

15th August 2014. Suva, Fiji – Fiji Television Limited is pleased to announce that it has secured non-exclusive broadcast rights to air the 2014/2015 Season of the English Premier League.

Fiji TV CEO Tevita Gonelevu is positive that football enthusiasts in Fiji. Vanuatu and Solomon Islands will enjoy the live and delayed coverage of selected EPL matches. Fiji TV will also replay selected matches on its free to air and pay television channel. The 2014/2015 EPL Season will feature 380 matches and Fiji TV will work closely with the rights provider to ensure that our viewers can view majority of the matches.

Gonelevu added that Fiji TV will continue to work with its International and Local Content Supplier to ensure that compelling content is continually seen on Fiji Television broadcast platform on free to air and pay television .

This content will complement the Chelsea TV and Manchester United TV content already shown on our platform.

The 2014 and 2015 EPL season kicked off on 16 August 2014 11.45pm (Fiji Time) with the match between Manchester United FC vs Swansea City FC.

The last match of the Season will be held on 25 May 20 15 at 3am (Fiji Time).
