Cricket Fiji is excited to announce that former White Ferns coach, Katrina Keenan, will be conducting cricket clinics in the Western division of Fiji tomorrow (Tuesday, 17.06.14).

Katrina, who used to be in charge of the New Zealand national women’s cricket team, says she is looking forward to working with the next generation of female cricket players in Fiji and seeing how the sport has developed so far in a nation where it is considered a minor game.

Katrina will conduct three school clinics alongside a team of Cricket Fiji’s Development Officers, as well as work with the women’s cricket team from Nakavu, the only village in Nadi to have such a team.

The schedule will be as follows:

10.30 – 11.30am                Jasper Williams High School

11.45am – 12.45pm          Natabua High School

1.30 – 2.30pm                    Ratu Navula College

2.50 – 4pm                           Nakavu Women’s Cricket
