Under 17 National Cricket Team Named

Cricket Fiji is happy to release the names of players to represent Fiji in the First Under 17 Inaugural Pasifika Tri series.

The stellar line up of Under 17 cricket players represents the best from around the country including those who travelled from as far as Lau.

The General Manager of Cricket Fiji Inoke Lesuma announced the following team.

4. Delaimakutu Sokoiwasa
5. Tuinamoli Koroi
6. Peni Volavola
7. Malakai Fotu
8. Eparama Daulako
9. Kurt Howard
10. Jone Lagiono
11. Talei Vuli
12. Vaibhav Kapadia
13. Michael Driu
14. Biudole Tagilala
15. Petero Cabebula

The Under 17 teams from Fiji, Vanuatu and Tonga will play each other in a series of round robin for the Twenty20 matches. The top two winning teams from the Tri series will then compete for the Pasifika title.

The inaugural Pacific under 17 Tri Series begins in Suva from the 23^rd to the 27^th of this month. Camp for the national team begins tomorrow.
