A true hotelier from the outset, Mr. Pearson has over seven years experience in both Food & Beverage operations and MICE Sales. David brings invaluable experience to the team after overseeing sales for six CrownePlaza and Holiday Inn hotels in the Northern Territory of Australia as Business Development Director.
Mr. Pearson will be responsible for cultivating relationships and developing new business within the MICE side of the resorts business.
