Suva’s weather has been creating headaches for cricket competition organisers as of late, but tomorrow the Suva Special Schools’ Cricket Tournament will finally begin.
To be held at the National Netball Centre, to prevent further delays in the case of rain, two matches will be held between 12.30 and 2pm. Hilton Special School will first face Suva Special School, and then Nausori Special School will play Hilton in their second match of the day.
Yesterday’s matches in the Suva Secondary Schools’ Cricket Tournament also had to be postponed due to poor ground conditions, with the matches to be rescheduled to term three.
