Weekly Weather Summary

Fine and dry weather continued over the west this past week. None of the coastal stations reported any rain over this period and the only significant falls were at Monasavu which reported 18mm over three days. This weekly accumulation is much less than previous weeks. With cool air being pushed over the region from the far south, a drop in temperature and humidity was experienced resulting in mild days and cooler nights.

The coming week is expected to bring more fine weather and sunny skies. Expect mild to warm days with cooler nights. There is a slight chance of some rain around the middle of next week, otherwise; there is no sign of any significant rain bearing weather systems affecting the west of Fiji at this time.
