20 MEMBER BUSINESS DELEGATION CURRENTLY ON A BUSINESS VISIT TO FIJI

The delegation is accompanied by H.E. Mr Isikeli Mataitoga, Fiji’s Ambassador to Japan and Mr.Takayuki Moriya, Fiji’s Honorary Consul for the Tokuhu prefecture in Japan.

In his opening remarks as Chief Guest at reception  hosted by the business delegation in Sheraton Beach Front, Denarau, last night  Fiji’s Foreign Minister Ratu Inoke Kubuabola assured the investors that the Fijian Government stands ready to facilitate their business interests.

He added that Fiji is always open for business and values its investment partners. He accentuated the role of investment as an integral element, contributing towards the growth of the Fijian economy.

Minister Kubuabola acknowledged the opportunities that both Fiji and Japan has to offer each other in the field of manufacturing and services sector.

Fiji’s Embassy in Japan will be working closely with the Japanese investors in the coming days to ensure that their business needs in terms of investing in Fiji are met.
