Medical practitioners to improve on medical services

Doctors from around Fiji aim to bring about better services within their medical centres after they discussed possible matters at the Fiji College of General Practitioners, Western faculty- mini seminar at the Raffles Gateway Hotel in Nadi.

The mini seminar took place on last week Sunday.

Presentations from doctors varied from issues concerning patients and sickness nowadays.

Nadi Chamber of Commerce President, Dr Ram Raju highlighted on the prices of consultations that patients pay.

Dr Mukesh Bhagat presented on the issue of medical sick sheet that was appeared to be common in everywhere.

“Sick sheet should be valid and it should be based on facts from the doctor,” he highlighted during his presentation.

Apart from the doctors, representatives from Nadi Town Council and Land Transport Authority were at the venue to also present medical issues within their concerns.
